Sorry this is very vague but there are several shops in Mong Kok that due this, sorry can't remember the names. And its not expensive, about $10 a letter I think, maybe less..

Have used this place

They have a shop in Mong Kok (see bottom of webpage for address) and also one in Causeway Bay at Flat L, 2/F, Po Ming Building, 2-6 Foo Ming Street (just along from Krispy Kreme in Lee Garden Road but the entrance is in a side street).
They weren't very expensive - certainly less than HKD100.
