Would anyone know where I can get the following items:

slow cooker

quesadilla maker

The first thing that comes to mind is Ap Lei Chua but that place is like a maze. Any recommendations would greatly be appreciated.

Definately not Ap Lei Chau. There is not kitchen store in there that I have ever come acrossed.

Wing On Department Store in Sheung Wan or Sogo in Causeway Bay both have slow cookers.

Not sure what a quesadilla maker is like but if they are anything like a sandwich press then they have them too. I usually make my quesadilla over the stove in a frying pan.

Those two places will definately have what you are looking for.
