I love it. There used to be a lot of restaurants now it seems just Royal garden. Little Lamb is a fake. Any others??
I just love that big tray of sauces, the spicy broth, the copper pots. I used to go to Silver Lake in Sheung Wan or KINGKINGKING in Wanchai. Remember?
My cantonese friends hate hotpot, especially Beijing style. There is a Szechuan hot pot place in Wanchai - anyone been?
