Hi..my bub usually sleeps till 7am to 7.30am. recently week, he has been waking up 6.30am to 6.45am. He is definitely not waking up due to hunger as we tried to feed him and he is only taking half of his usual milk!
Why? What can we do? Pls help!

Hi WWB, my 5 months old seems to have the same problem recently too. She used to sleep from 7am to 7:30am. Now she sometimes wakes at 7am and this morning at 6:30am !!! Also not becos of hunger or room temp. Cos as soon as i open her curtain she stops yelling and is happy to play alone in cot....Advice needed ! Pls !

Wow, I just think you have both been extemely lucky that your babies have been able to sleep for such long hours!! I myself didnt have babies that needed that much sleep. I just think now your babies are getting older and know alot more now and life is exciting and fun for them so when they awake Playtime is on their mind. 'Well' you are fortunate that your baby is happy to play alone for a while as it gives you a bit of time to get organised.

One last note, I have an 11 month old and she goes through spells where she simply wakes up early or wakes during the night for no apparent reason. It lasts 1-2 weeks, then goes back to normal. I've learned not to get worked up anymore when these things happen. (She was up at 5:30am this morning wide awake, although she usually sleeps until 6:45-7am)
