I don't think you will have any luck finding a lawyer specialising in traffic law; however, every law firm in HKG will have a solicitor who knows something about traffic law.

Thanks for your reply, I browsed yesterday the Internet and could not find a single Lawyer. I’m from Germany, over there it’s not a problem at all. You even get specialized insurance covering the cost of traffic related cases ;-)
