if baby is happy with routine, why rock the boat? Just make sure you swaddle him well when getting him out of the bath. If you are still worried about it being cold, close the windows.

we got a litttle portable heater and heat up the bathroom (u need to swith the exhaust fan off). turn it on just before you take him in for the bath and once out, dry and dress baby in the bathroom or if in his room, make sure that's heated too.

Our baby was born last December. Like the previous poster, we got a little portable heater and got it nice and toasty in the room for him once he got out of the warm bath. You shouldn't have to adjust the bath time. If it's cold, it's cold. It's really not that cold here, still in the 20's! Think of all the babies that live in freezing weather, they have to have baths too! ;)
