Did you have any luck with that company? I've called them (and about 4 or 5 others in HK) and they weren't interested in even a few hundred pieces a month on a regular basis as it was too small an order for them.

I am not sure if this can help but i get motor bike parts powder coated through my bike builder. He may be able to help as we often do small quantities of powder coating. I will check and let you know.

hi d-man,

tried the co. above. They said there were no factories in hk that did powder coating and that it would be complicated getting the artwork thru' customs into China. Is your bike builder in HK?

kitty, yes we do it all in HK. The only problem is getting large pieces done. I have powder coated wheels as the largest item but when i asked about having the frame done they could not do it.
