Hi Ladies

I experience stomach bloating before getting my periods....generally about 10 days before. My stomach bulges out.....and my pants are really tight around the waist and I need one size bigger. The day I get my period it goes back to normal.

Does anyone else experience this.....AND is there anything I can take to reduce bloating.
