Anybody know if it is possible to buy copha in Hong Kong?
It is the only way to make chocolate crackles that I know of, and I can't seem to locate it anywhere!

I can update this... Just bought a couple of blocks of copha at Oliver's Deli in the Prince's Building, Central. Chocolate crackles are go!!
