Anyone who has applied for a tourist visa to Japan? How long did it take you to get one? Is one week enough? I booked a flight to Osaka for mid-December without realizing I need a visa to enter the city. I'm thinking of applying for a visa this week. I'm a Philippine passport holder.

It took me 2 business days to submit and get it back. Though, I have heard it can take up to a week. Make sure you have all the necessary papers- you should be fine.
