the main focus of the fireworks would be ifc2. so you need to be in the kowloon side of the harbour to see that.
marco polo prince is opening a new restaurant called cucina soon. their new year package is around 1300 per person.
most places would have a new year menu which would cost about 1000-3000 hkd.

for 1000 hkd, for example, viceroy and milano are the places to go to for a new year party. hotels would usually have higher prices. nicholinis is charging 3000 per person
or you could organize a junk

I have been in HK for a long time and there has never ever been a firework display for New Year's Eve........next firework display is for Chinese New Year!

IFC 2 will be the focal point of the fireworks!!!
