Could any one please tell me if a Turist in Hong Kong delivers a baby, will this child be entitle to a residenship? Is it true that he will have benefits like free education or health when he reaches 16? Will he have any benefits at all?

Then the answer is no. Only children born to a (one) parent who is Chinese are entitled to Permanent Residency.

Thank u evildeeds, so there are definetelly no benefits whatsoever if the child of turist is born in Hong Kong..
