Can we open a HK bank account??

Your original question is a little unclear. I cannot answer in terms of what a company can do, but an individual can open accounts in many banks in HK even if they don't live here. It just requires proof of address anywhere in the world (such as utility bill) and passport. It does not require a Hong Kong identity card. Check at reception of any major bank.
