Ed, I can't help noticing the Hot Jobs when clicking on to the Advice Forums. Surely most of them are tepid by now as most of them seem to be the same positions that were posted on Day One of the new format.

Hot Jobs are changed from time to time manually... we are launching a heavy duty careers site in January and this will all be automated at that time so they update continuously...

yes was wondering the same as you mentioned that it was going to be the next big thing in online jobs (like revolutionary)...the current version isn't much different to the old site
