also were is the best place to purchase the iphone , i dnt mind paying more if its gonna be safer etc

Mongkok is the best place to buy, prices a couple of weeks ago were around the $3800 mark for 8Gb.

All iPhones in HK are hacked models so it all depends on the quality of the hack. Nowhere particularly better than the other to be honest.
