I'm not sure about this, but you may want to print out the picture and take it to all the hardware and remodel supply stores on Lockhart Rd in Wanchai. If they don't supply, they can probably tell you where to get something like it. If you find it, let us know!

A few of the Motorcycle accessory shops carry these masks. Try Caroline Hill Road, or Kowloon City. I think there is a shop called Vetex that delivers as well - they have a website, but I can't find the address.

If you're coming from the race course, it would be the 2nd turning. I know one shop there used to carry these for sure, hope they still do

Finally made it to Caroline Hill Road. Of course I went in the wrong way and had to take a scenic walk all the way around before I got to the bike shops. Luckily, one of them had one mask left. The guy told me he would order more replacement filters but the wholesaler didn't have any in stock right now.
