I bought a ps2 from Sham Shui Po 3 years ago and it packed up working after abt 1 year now it is very tempramental...are they originals?

I bought mine about the same time as yours too & all is good still. I only play copy games.
But the ps2 is original, they only unlock it to play copy games....
