How does one get their driving license, from scratch, in Hong Kong without speaking Cantonese?

Try the govt website for all details. It has forms and process.

If you mean, you've never had a license in your life, the above won't help you...try these guys and inquire about English (i assume!) classes:

Thanks guys for your advice. Spoke to Hong Kong Motoring School and the guy at i-learndrive and both were really helpful but due to convenience will probably take the guy at i-learndrive. Thank you for your help, thankgoodness for this website :)
