Hi
We're actually thinking of moving the registered office address from a HKG company from the adress where it is registered now (another company specialised in dealing in such matters ) to the adress of a relative in HKG, which would look much better on the invoices issued to western customers. Are there any special problem to be cencountered in the process, and what would be the paperwork to do so?
No business would actually be done from that adress, but the mail box or eventually phoneline would be working.

it's easier that I thought, just had to sign a paper with the new adress and it seems the company taking care of our paper work just forwarded it to the relevant offices. Quite convenient.
