I am considering opening a private club in Hong Kong and I would like to have a lawyer review the laws and also give me some advice to whether my proposed initiatives are on the "safe" side of the law. Does anyone know of a good law firm or speciific lawyers/partners in law firms that is capable of such a job.

The focus here is on the laws of a clubhouse as well as the issues regarding liquor and the such.
