rewire it to a pc atx psu.

connect (5v red,gnd black, 12v yellow ONLY), in order to make the PSU on. Short ps/on & GND.

xbox360 spec 12v 16.5a /5v 1a. ATX PSU meets these spec & cheap.

You'll easily find these at the Wan Chai Computer Centre and similar places. From 30w to 150w.
