Hi,
I am hong kong citizen deciding to move to UK and my depended wife will be moving with me as well. She have dependent hong kong visa, if she move to UK with me, Will she get her visa after it expires. Caz I may want to move back to HK after sometime and i dont want to run around immigration again for the same stuff. Or if she stays in HK and i stay in UK for a year or so, will that be questional to renew her visa after it expires.

Yes it will. She remains a dependent while you are a HK resident. If you spend more than 180 days out of HK then technically that right is removed. So although she can remain as a dependent her time required in HK to gain PR will start again when you return.
