what does "Amah Qtr" mean?

I am looking for renting info from web and always find something called "Amah Qtr". Can anybody explain this to me? Thanks a lot.

I think it refers to " Domestic helper's quarter"

Indeed, Domestic Helper's quarters. If you don't have a helper, I guess it makes a nice storage space. The room size will normally range from about 2x2 meters to about 2x1.5. Just big enough for a bed and not much else. There is typically an attached bathroom.

Swedish has a related word, "Amma", which is both the verb for breastfeeding and the noun for wet nurse.
