Any suggestions for someone who'd clean windows on the outside - 40th floor?!

I did it once before, but lately been too busy. And I know that some maids won't do it.

I bought one at the ladies market and it works very well. It takes about 10 minutes to get the hang of it and then it becomes real easy to use.

I bought one of these contraptions and I have to say it's not very good as the magnets are not really that strong and the sponge on the outside always seems to slip off.
