Just moved to Sai Kung and looking for recommendations for a good doctor for Western Family - we have four children so know we need to make sure we have access to a good doctor!

Thanks

There's a lady Dr in Sai Kung opposite McDonalds that a lot of my friends with children go to. She's listed on page 17 (Specialist in Paediatrics) on the following link I've attached. I haven't personally been there but have heard good reports.

This is quite a good link for Sai Kung directories.

Last weekend, Dr Loo was busy and so went into Dr Tong's practice (2 doors) down- his nurse says that Dr Tong is away for at least a year (2011) and has been replaced by Dr Christoper Hor Yum Cheung.

I DO NOT recommend seeing Dr Cheung- although he has many initials after his name, he is a qualified pathologist and no higher qualifications as a GP. He had no bedside manner, examining bed was un-made and looked like the same sheet was used for all patients, and the tip of the thermometer was also not changed! He gave out tablets but didn't know what was in the tablets, which is highly dangerous for drug interactions.

I can't comment on Dr Tong but his replacement is a poor GP.

Definitely OT&P Razor Hill. The green mini bus 1A stops there also, very easy from Sai Kung bus interchange & back.

Would highly recommend.
