Hello,

I always take the plane at midnight or 1am to go back Europe.

But my children can't fall asleep before 3am, and do sleep very well.

And after, we have problem with the jet lag.

Have you already tried the morning flights? it's too long?

Thanks

Day flights are more logical westbound, at least for adults. But with kids it's always going to be tricky.

Usually do a night flight to UK, but have done a day time one. It did help with the jet lag (although my kids usually get over that in a couple of days), but it seemed like the longest flight I'd ever been on. Time drags even slower when you're not sleeping any of it. Its also quite hard to keep the kids occupied for that length of time.

I have seen a fligh for Paris at 10 am. As it lasts around 12 hours, I was thinking that my children would sleep this afternoon or in the evening.

Your children have not slept?

Thanks
