Where would be a good restaurant to watch the fireworks at CNY on Kowloon side, with two children 1 and 4.

Restaurants with a good view of the fireworks will have special dinners that night. For example, the Harbour Plaza has an eight-course meal and a view of the fireworks for around HK$1,000, which is about the going rate.
