Where can I find more details? Such as area coverage, listings and hardware needed? There isn't much that google throws up...

This might help:

I had the PCCW guys here today for a site inspection. I'm looking to get their new fiber service (100mb or 1gb) and they need to check your house first to see if the fiber line in the street is easy to connect. The suit mentioned that with fiber, you also get a new Now TV decoder (replacing the stock one) that supports HDTV and connects to your TV with HDMI (as opposed to the composite connection on the stock decoder).
