Can advise you how to put them on (PM me), though the sales ladies will be able to help you (bring 2 safety pins - she will prepin the pleats for you).
Otherwise have never bought any in HK.
What about trying Mirador mansions in Tsim Sha Tsui (on Nathan Road) ?
Beware that you will need a petttycoat as well as a string (no elastic band) to tied it around you, and ideally a Choli (sari blouse), though you can replace it by a tight top (that's what i did one day i didn't have time to have one stiched...).
