Looking for excellent quality hiking and camping gear and most of all pre packed foods for hikers. Any advice?

Protrek is a good hiking store chain. I'm pretty sure I've seen some food there amongst the backpacks and stuff.

There are also two (one in a shopping centre) between Causeway Bay and Wanchai, closer to CWB, on the right hand side of the road.
