Can somebody tell me where I can get that done economically? I live in mid levels somewhere around central would be nice. I asked an upholstery shop and they said HKD 600 for a small puff which I found too expensive.

if you can do it yourself then head to Spotlight at Kowloon Bay where you can buy the filling.
