Hi, I'm struggling to find diapers that fit well on my 4.5 month old daughter (who is around 6kg). Lots of leaks and frequent changes of clothes. Any thoughts on which brand/type tend to have the best fit? Thanks.

pampers M size should be good for a baby like youurs. make sure that the waist band is high up and firmley secured and the elasticized legs are snug around thighs and not loose. hope this helps!

Pampers work well. For better Pampers, Gateway has the more advanced US version. This fits better but to be fair the local version is not really problematic.
For night time, Huggies Overnites if you can find them.

Mmm...I didn't look for Overnites, so I'm not sure. Ended up going with Pampers Cruisers. They seem to work overnight, but that's not to say they will for all...good luck!

Gateway is in Sheun Wan, in the wedge shaped building at the corner of Wing Lok Str and Des Voeux Rd Central. It specializes in American goods, from US version diapers to peanut butter and cereal.

Thanks. Cruisers are a bit of a "sport" diaper, and have slightly less absorption capacity than most other variants. They tend to have a better shape for crawling/walking so the trade-off is worth it during the day. That's not to say they won't work for night time. As you say that varies. It was only a problem for about half a year with our older daughter. Now she only pees one night in three anyway.
