Just wanting to find out if the supermarket type stores (ie Great, City super, Olivers etc) will be open over the next couple of days??

Great is open every day throughout CNY but opens at 12pm on 7 Feb.

Oliver is closed on 7 February and 360 is closed on both 7 and 8 Feb.
