Been there too til now, bought the complete skin care line, but my pimples are coming out one after another. Did you buy their product abby78? I know skinguru did and she has good reviews on mizumizu. I am thinking of stopping it now but just have to finish the bottle as it's expensive.

yeah i bought the whole set, the mask works good for me, I tried the gel and the UV but my face feels itchy, maybe too strong for me. I am just using the mask when I go there, and also when I feel like I want to do peeling at home.
the facial works good for me, after they massage my face I drink a lot of water, maybe different for me because I have been suffering from serious acne the last few years, but then I have been through so many facial courses in Hong kong but nothing works really for me, but when I tried the Chanel Precision and at the same time have the facial massage in Mizumizu, works fine for me.

upon the recommendation of skinguru, I too have tried this company. And I can't get enough of their treatments. I go to Daphne, and I must say she has magical hands. My skin has improved dramaticaly. When my friends see me they think I am glowing. I've been using the products for a few months now. At first, their were some small spots that popped out, but Daphne told me it was the blockage in my skin, also, I tried another more intense facial other than the $20 facial, as I think my skin was wrecked by this shop that I tried in Quarry Bay. I must say, after using the products, my skin is flawless, and is better than it has ever been, probably cause the products are so moist and gentle. But actually, my biggest prob was sagging. I use their lift essence religiously as I can see it really helps with water retention especially a night out on the town and some heavy drinking.
crystal88 you are probably worried but I really do trust the ladies at the shop and their whole natural is best philosophy. And afterall it is a japanese brand. Just hang in there. or you really should talk to them so they can recommend the right facial for you.

don't despair have hope. you should be happy u ran into this shop cause me and my friends think the mizumizu guys are the most honest people in town. they told us that normally other facials keep the blockage inside, but really there are bumps stuck underneath. no matter what for healthy skin you gotta let out all the bad stuff first
I recently bought their royal jelly course and that speeds up the whole process. before the holidays, ate too much junk food and all that greasy really showed on my face. after i did 2 treatments, the acne totally disappeared. i must say all the acne from before vanished after using thier products after the 1st 2 months. now i have been using their stuff for 6 mths.
perhaps the bumps go away quicker cause i use parts of the s line also and i also take their green tea health product. hope thishelps you crystal88 cause i know skin is very important. hng in there.

hi abby78, the royal jelly facial was around 11/2 hrs. Did wonders for me. I also tried the greentea and the smell makes you just wanna drink green tea all day long or just eat the mask. Weird isn't it? You'll have to ask them about the royal jelly cause I remember I received this card in the mail as an invite for the new year, may be over by now, but highly recommend this.

its not really a facial, its mainly face and head massage, and the other part of your body and they will do some peeling and mask, but it works well for some people. You have to buy $500 worth of their mask and you can pay 20$ for one session

I just bought the AT line and tried the $20 facial. It's still early days, so I don't know if it will have a good effect on my skin. I'm hopeful though... question:
Daphne told me to use the AT line in the morning and night...do u guys do this? She said the results wouldn't be so good if I mixed their products with my regular ones. But, the AT products make my face soo gloppy that I don't think it's appropriate for morning...i tried to set it with some bare minerals powder, but i think i'd prefer going back to my usual morning routine of tinted moistuizer, powder, etc....
Do you use their products morning and night??

i am using it morning and night, as you've read in my previous post, my skin has turn good to bad. My pimples or it's already acnes are still coming out one from anohter, around 9 red marks on one cheek. Not to mention the small bumps on forehead and another cheek. I've been using it for 5 weeks, i have another bottle to finish, if after that, no improvement, i'll stop it altogether.
I have tried the royal jelly facial and s-line too.

i don't use the gel, for some reason I fell so sticky every time I use it and i don't feel comfortable. I mix mine with the Chanel precision and works find for me, i use the mask at home to do peeling at least twice a week and also I use it as a mask at least 3-4 times a week. Daphne taught me how to use it right.

abby78, do u mix the lotion w/ ur chanel precision? I just decided to use the lotion like a tonor, and then just use my chantecaille tinted moisturizer over. seems to be ok, but i dunno if i am diminishing the positive affects by mixing products. Also, aren't u worried that ur harming ur skin by doing such frequent peeling??

She said there are patients whose skin breaks out, it started with little bumps, then pimples to acnes, they said it's because all the dirt under are coming out, i should give a try for few more weeks and it should be cleared. I'm waiting for that day. I'm giving it 2 months or until i've finished the bottle, i'm on my 6th weeks now. If i don't see any improvement, then i must be allergic to it.

for the peeling I only do it for 5 minutes maximum...... and you have to wash it with water, don't rub with towel or any cotton to take it away and after you put a moisturizer and if you go out you have to apply a sunblock or UV spray because your skin became so sensitive.

i had this sticky problem with the gel in the beginning too. but then daphne told me to their oil into it cause my skins dry. after doing this the gel feels less sticky. then i purchased their compact powder to use on top of it. its great for lazy people like me cause i don't have to touch up all day. also, when i talked to the staff their, they told me to not mix any other products with it cause their might be some reactions as their products are totally natural. so i stopped completely the products i was using. before i was using my la mer toning lotion with these products and the results were poor, had the acne bumps come out. then when i talked to them they told me to stop and at first i must admit, i didn't listen and i didn't get maximal results. then when i ran out of the la mer stuff and was too lazy to go and get it, i was using just their products, i could the results coming.
the biggest reason why i believe in this product is cause my friend who has been suffering from sensitive skin and eczema for years has been cured by these products, all she uses is the AT line and her skin is cured in 6mths, no scars, no itch and trust me she was a worse case, bleeding and all, so crystal i don't think u would be allergic to it. maybe there is some step u are not doing properly. cause i know it is hard to stop and listen completely.
hope all this helps cause i must admit, i've saved a fortune using these products, i was a complete la mer fan. but all my friends think i look 10 years younger and my skin looks healthier. hope you will enjoy the products. don't normally write so much for these facial places, but i have very high regards for the people running this place cause they don't hard sell and give me a bloody headache like the typical places, so for the prices they charge and the service they give, i tend to wanna help out people like that in hkg.

I was very skeptical of this place and the cheap facials on their website - thought they were going to lure me in and try to upsell me a tonne of crap. I knew I could withstand any sales pitch, being in the M&A business for several years has prepared me not to be pressured.
I visited them and was very pleasantly surprised by the facial/massage that was provided. I'll definitely be returning for further treatments. It really left me feeling refreshed, this probably also has to do with the friendly service.

Just to update you that i bought another set again last month but skin really getting worst, i have stopped it totally and seen a derma, i have to take antibiotic as my face is now acne infected........i don't blame the product at all, yes, it's natural but maybe not everyone suits it. My only regret was i still continued using it even if pimples were coming out one after another, i should have stopped it and not listen to Daphne. I ONLY used their product, did it exactly as Daphne said, if she recommends S-line, then i bought it, if she says green tea, then i bought it too.....
My unsolicited advice is try the facial, product, but stop once a big reddish pimple starts to come out one after another. Some people here had small bumps, which i had too, but most said it disappeared after a few more weeks, mine turns to pimples then acne.

Well, tried this place and thought it was fantastic!! Just arrived from the UK 6 months ago and have tried some facials here in town that were ridiculously priced. Where else in HK are you going to get this type of quality facial for around HK200/time. I loved the body scrub and wrap!! Highly recommend this place.

crystal88, i agree with you, not all people suits with the same products, we all have different hormones....but anyway I also have problems with the products, I bought the whole set last time, cost me 1450HK$, I end up using only the mask when i go for the facial/massage.
The products especially the gel doesnt suit me, Daphne said I am using it wrong, but everytime I use it I have this floppy skin and itchy, she said its just normal just keep putting until you dont feel itchy anymore....but I have to stop eventually after few weeks, because i feel its not right for me, but i still go for facial/massage, that works fine for me and makes my face feel fresh.

that's too bad nativefil because both my hubby and I use their entire line of products. Its weird that you should feel itchy as my hubby has eczema skin, and for those that have this problem they know how itchy that can be. in the U.S. he had to use a prescription cream from a dermatologist and was dependent on that.
when we moved to hkg 5yrs ago, it was so much trouble to get that cream. he couldn't stand the hassle. a few years ago, he had been introduced to this brand by his colleague at the bank and has been using it ever since. the soap, lotion and gel have cured him miraculosly. perhaps you should talk to their staff about your issues, cause you might be using it wrong or mixing it with other things. Daphne keeps on emphasing that you cannot use the products with other lines.
also, now that have the spa, we love the facials. we've found that with regular facial massage and the skincare regime, our skin has definitely improved and we use the stuff religiously. But nativefil, you know that in the facial they use the entire line of products as well. so if you are getting so itchy you should talk to them again cause you really wouldn't just be itchy with the products and not the facial.

i have to say, these posts are extremely helpful. i'm booking a facial at mizu this weekend, but do not intend on buying products as i'm already using a line that really works for me. i have been to ellespa and plateau as well as the clarins center and have found ALL of these extremely overpriced. i'm looking forward to being able to afford weekly facials at a more affordable cost. i'm just wondering if you think the products used at mizu will "clash" with the line i use...or is the fact that i'm getting weekly facials enough to keep my skin looking young?

I am selling my skin care that i bought 3-4 weeks ago at cheap price. S-line balance lotion used thrice. Lotion 3/4. Gel used 3 times only. Mask used once at the clinic as i forgot to bring mine. All for $800 only. Or you can get individually if you want. Each product originally cost around $500 each, mine were used for 3 drops only, so it's a great deal. Free 1/4 soap, free mask that was used 8 times so there are still more, free gel tube but only a little inside, waste if i throw it. These are good deal, you know how much is the original price. I had bought a set of AT line products. The lotion and cream are pretty good for my skin. My spots seem like less than before. I bought a lip cream too.
I am quite interest to try another products and other special facial services.

Just went to Mizumizu and tried their promo of the month which is this Marine Collagen thing. After I tried, my face was completely hydrated and glowing. Even my friends noticed a huge difference.
