for the purchase of a flat - simple procedure. Can anyone recommend someone, particularly for financing through Standard Chartered Bank.

We recommend the lawyer of choice (according to AsiaXpat)...Weir & Associates......they are on all the major bank lists (including Standard Chartered) and quote a reasonable price for high standard work. Send them the price and the mortgage amount you will borrow and they will tell you their fees...no hidden "surprises".........
