Star Ferry is cheapest, but taxi works just as well.
You can't take bikes on the Star Ferry from Central to TST, but you can on the Star Ferries from Central to Hung Hom and from Wanchai to Hung Hom.
You can also take bikes on the New World Ferry from North Point to Hung Hom.
