Do you mean trade fairs? If so then have a look in the "Hong Kong Business" magazine. You can find it at 7-eleven stores, or your local library.

February 17 Pokfulam Market Cyberport 1000-1700 hours

April 14-17 Electronics Fair (HKCEC)

April 21-24 Houseware Fair (HKCEC)

May 28th-June 1st Gifts Fair (HKCEC)

Thanks for the responses. I was thinking along the lines of local, low key fairs - such as the Christmas Fair held at the Conrad every year geared for the expat market in HK or the IFC Christmas Bazaar or any other type of food fair with a HK audience. Any information would be helpful.
