Could someone recommend the best florist in HK that will deliver? I'm looking for quality flowers and beautiful arrangements. I want to send flowers to a friend, but I'm nervous as she is quite particular from having her own flower shop in the UK.

I personally like Fleurs which is in Happy Valley - beautiful flowers. I don't think the website does it justice though. If you are around that area, it is worth a look in.
