I know we do have the Kowloon Dairy, but with HK not being renowned as dairy country (I'm picturing nervous-looking cows here, udders swinging pendulously as they grimly cling on to our steep mountainsides) I guess you'll be lucky if you find it in Oliver's, CitySuper, Great etc. but unlikely to come across it in the more local supermarkets. However, others will put me right if it's available elsewhere.
I'm curious: what's it used in/for?

yes, that is what I am thinking exactly Thames :(, dont think I will have much luck. It is an Eatern European/Russian thing. It is absolutelly lovely, sort of like Ricotta and you stuff pancakes with it or make it into little picklet sorf of things. I loved it a a child and am keen to give it to mine too (calcium and all that..). Might have to try to make it myself - my grandmother always did, how hard can it be...

Sound lovely - you're making me hungry! Sounds like a kind of home-made Boursin, and also Indian paneer, both of which are easy to make at home. Good luck and enjoy!
