Party venues in HK?

I am looking to arrange a suprise birthday party and would really welcome some ideas!

My husband organsied the party tram for my birthday last year so I would really like to do something a bit different.....either a bar venue to hire or similar.

I know the roof garden at the Fringe is great but some other ideas of original things (like the tram) would be great!

I would consider food included but want to keep it fairly reasonable for everyone :o)
