Mother of Bride outfit - where to buy

Hi, could anybody advise please wher to puchase a mother of the bride outfit, one which also sells hats, or maybe suggest an outfit maker/taylor who is used to making such outfits, Thankyou

I am getting mine made at a thai silk shop in central. They are also making the wedding dress and the bridesmaids dresses. I have not researched hats yet!
