Hi,
Can anyone recommend a nice service flat, have some friends coming over and need a nice 2 bedroom service flat. Budget about 8-13K a month.
Any suggestions???

Assuming you want the Island, I'm afraid that budget won't get you 2 bedrooms anywhere nice. Even Parkview (decent but isolated) is way over 50k for 2 beds.

Sorry if I was unclear. When residents say "the Island" we do mean "Hong Kong Island".
If you look at the link provided by Ed you'll see that your price expectation is much too low.

kjshek seems to be pretty clear on what the "this island" means. But s/he indicated that Kowloon would work to...
That said, even in "downtown Kowloon" HKD8-13k a month for a two bedroom serviced apartment is going to be tough/next to impossible.

In the centre, all serviced studios cost over HK$10000.
Would like to help but we offer 3-4 person dorms (with bathroom, kitchen, common area) on Hong Kong Island for visitors (and not flats).
