As most people are using the classifieds to sell one off items as opposed to running businesses (which we dont allow) and most people buying only once, there is not much we can do ... a blacklist would have no effect

There's not much you can do about this kind of thing really. Just bad luck. Try to move on next buyer. A tip, since you're the seller, try to have buyer comes to your place, office or home, instead of waiting at subway station.
