Any recommendations for a Hong Kong hotel suitable for family with 2 kids (aged 4 & 7)? Is there a Disney hotel or something similar?

We spent Christmas this year at the Gold Coast Hotel and our children (aged 5 + 7) loved it. There are two playgrounds, an outdoor swimming pool, indoor games room, video games room, walking paths around the hotel grounds, a shopping centre nearby and the beach next door. For longer stays, there are better room rates and restaurant discounts. Shuttle bus to nearest MTR or Tsim Sha Tsui.
