I have heard that Park n Shop or Welcome offer online grocery shopping and home delivery. I am having trouble finding any further info on this (the website link I found on Google won't open)


Does this service exist and do they deliver refrigerated items?


I am pregnant and will not have help when the baby comes - just trying to see how I can make my life easier!

google has been experiencing some problems this weekend. try other search engines.

For the normal home delivery they do not. Don't know about online service.



You can also use AussieOrganics or such. You'll "only" get veg and fish but since you probably can't get that from Wellcome/PnS...

Their service is excellent .

Even if some fresh food doesnt arrive in good condition they replace asap
