i'm looking for a good cheese fondue place. previous posts suggest swiss chalet and another one in TST. are these recommendations still good? anything on Hong Kong island though???

Mozart Stub'n on Glenealy. Swiss Chalet in TST is pretty good too but tend to be quite alcoholic. the one at Peninsula (forgot the name) is mediocre.

My recommendation is Mozart Stub'n, Chalet is great but it's much more expensive and the ambience is a bit snooty, for me anyways

Swiss Chalet : too much alcohol and not enough cheese in the fondue, which texture was therefore "effroyable"... maybe it's a Swiss recipe (v. the French one we do at home).

Best buying cheese in Great and doing it yourself at home....
