Hello,
For the last two months I have been contacting my landlord about the drain in the kitchen. Everyday I have water, and food, flowing out of the tube for the washing machine on the floor and need to clean it up. Two times the landlord had someone out to look at it and nothing was done. Yesterday, someone came out with the landlord's helper to try to unblock it with chemicals. It made it worse. What are my rights? Is there a time frame in which the landlord is suppose to respond and repair faulty items in the flat? Is there a group I can turn to for help? I'm now doing my dishes and washing food in the bathroom. Can anyone help?
