How long would it take to drive from CWB (Tai Hang Hau) to West Kowloon (Elements) on a weekday morning at 7.30? Also what would by the best route?

Great question! - I want to leave at approximately 7.30 but if leaving earlier or later will make a considerable difference to the time taken (due to traffic) then I am flexible
