Does anyone know where to find a Nutritionist? I'm having a quite a difficult time calculating the Eastern calorie content... and what the heck is a kilo-calorie (kJ??)

I don't know if this helps, but I know a really good dietician. Her name is Ms Daphne Wu and she can advise on various kinds of diets, e.g. diabetic, weight loss etc etc. You can see her at the Matilda Hospital on the Peak, call 2849 1515 to make an appointment. She speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese. I took my elderly mother-in-law to see Ms Wu when she (my mother-in-law) was diagnosed as a diabetic. We found Ms Wu to be friendly and patient and would highly recommend her.
