Best way to get to Sai Kung Town Centre from HK Island?

Hi,


What is the most direct way to get to Sai Kung from HK island via public transportation? I heard there may be some minibuses from Causeway Bay but can't find information on them.

They are Red minibusses from CWB and don't start running until after 6pm. They also wait until they are full before leaving. Quicker, and cheaper, to use route described by Cara.
